Ed Sinclair met his future wife, Olivia Colman, on the set of a production at Cambridge University. He was a third-year law student at the time. Now Ed will be rooting for the British actress as she competes for outstanding lead actress in a drama series for her work as Queen Elizabeth II on “The Crown.”
“This Is Us” star Sterling K. Brown, who’s up for outstanding lead actor in a drama series, is married to actress Ryan Michelle Bathe. The couple, who married in 2007, were college sweethearts while attending Stanford. Ryan’s even done a stint on “This Is Us” as Yvette. They’re the proud parents of two boys, Andrew and Amare.

Meryl Streep added another Primetime Emmy nomination to her resume thanks to her work on “Big Little Lies.” The outstanding supporting actress in a drama series nominee has been married to Don Gummer, a sculptor, since 1978. They share son Henry and daughters Mamie, Grace and Louisa.
Billy Porter is once again up for outstanding lead actor in a drama series for his work on “Pose.” He met hubby Adam Smith, who owns luxury eyewear brand Native Ken, in 2009. They briefly dated then reconnected romantically in 2015 before marrying in 2017. Adam was by Billy’s side last year when he won in this very category!
“Bad Education” earned Hugh Jackman a Primetime Emmy nod this year for outstanding lead actor in a limited series or movie. Hugh’s been married to fellow Australian Deborra-lee Furness, an actress and producer, since 1996. The couple met on the set of “Correlli,” an Australian TV show, the year prior. Jeremy Strong stars as Kendall Roy on “Succession” and is up for outstanding lead actor in a drama series. Off-screen, the actor is happily married to Emma Wall, a psychiatrist. The two wed in 2016 and now have two girls — daughters Ingrid and Clara.
